If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or made a mistake when choosing a size, don’t worry, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the product. After this, you will receive the change you have requested or the refund of the amount previously paid.
The return or exchange must be done in the original packaging or some other that is appropriate. With the return of the product you can also send the Delivery Note and a note by hand with the name of the order and specifying if you want an exchange or a refund of your money.

The costs of the return will be borne by the customer, unless it can be verified that the error was made by Linorie, in this case we will refund the shipping costs. The most recommended when making the return of the product is to track the package, to avoid losses, since the return will be made at your own risk at the shipping company you choose. With this we want to explain that we will not be responsible for damage or loss of the returned items. If your return shipment is insufficiently franked, we are required to charge the cost of returning the return amount you will receive.
Your return must be complete, unworn and undamaged, with the item labels still attached. We cannot retrieve items with smoke or food odors. We kindly request you, from a hygienic point of view, to wear your own pants when adjusting a brief.
